Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OmniDetect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

OmniDetect is an AI content detection aggregation platform. We analyze text by sending it to multiple third-party detection engines (such as Winston AI, Sapling AI, and ZeroGPT) and provide a consensus score. We do not produce our own detection models — we aggregate results from commercial detection APIs.

3. User Accounts

You may use limited features as a guest or create an account for full access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Do not submit content that violates any applicable laws
• Do not automate requests beyond your plan's rate limits
• Do not resell or redistribute detection results commercially without permission

5. Credits & Payments

Kostenpflichtige Funktionen werden als digitale Dienste über Pässe, Wortguthaben, dokumentgebundene Aufgaben oder Abonnements bereitgestellt. Der 7-Tage-Pass enthält das beim Checkout angezeigte Guthaben und die Laufzeit; beim Kauf aus einem berechtigten Dokumentergebnis zusätzlich die vollständige Prüfung dieses Dokuments und eine erneute Prüfung nach Überarbeitung. Mit der Bestätigung des Checkouts verlangen Sie die sofortige Bereitstellung. Nach Beginn der Bereitstellung besteht grundsätzlich kein Anspruch auf Erstattung, außer bei Doppelbelastung, Nichtbereitstellung, einem von uns nicht behebbaren wesentlichen Mangel oder soweit das anwendbare Recht eine Erstattung verlangt. Berechtigte Anfragen sind innerhalb von 7 Tagen an legal@omnidetect.ai zu senden. Die Kündigung eines Abonnements stoppt künftige Verlängerungen und erstattet normalerweise nicht den laufenden Abrechnungszeitraum. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.

6. Privacy & Data

Für Ihre Nutzung des Dienstes gilt auch unsere Datenschutzerklärung. Kurz gefasst: Wir bewahren die von Ihnen eingereichten Dokumente auf, damit sie in Ihrer Historie bleiben und wir unsere eigene Genauigkeit messen können; Sie können jedes davon jederzeit löschen; wir verkaufen und veröffentlichen sie nicht. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI detection technology is inherently probabilistic — scores represent statistical estimates, not definitive judgments. OmniDetect does not guarantee 100% accuracy of detection results.

8. Limitation of Liability

OmniDetect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party detection APIs (Winston AI, Sapling AI, ZeroGPT, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to the processing they perform.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
