Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OmniDetect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

OmniDetect is an AI content detection aggregation platform. We analyze text by sending it to multiple third-party detection engines (such as Winston AI, Sapling AI, and ZeroGPT) and provide a consensus score. We do not produce our own detection models — we aggregate results from commercial detection APIs.

3. User Accounts

You may use limited features as a guest or create an account for full access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Do not submit content that violates any applicable laws
• Do not automate requests beyond your plan's rate limits
• Do not resell or redistribute detection results commercially without permission

5. Credits & Payments

Betaalde functies worden geleverd als digitale diensten via passen, woordtegoed, documentgebonden taken of abonnementen. De 7-dagenpas bevat het bij de checkout getoonde tegoed en de geldigheidsduur; bij aankoop vanuit een geschikt documentresultaat ook de volledige controle van dat document en één hercontrole na revisie. Door de checkout te bevestigen verzoek je om onmiddellijke levering. Zodra levering van tegoed of de documenttaak begint, zijn aankopen in beginsel niet restitueerbaar, behalve bij dubbele afschrijving, niet-levering, een wezenlijk gebrek dat wij niet kunnen herstellen of wanneer toepasselijk recht terugbetaling vereist. Stuur een geldige aanvraag binnen 7 dagen naar legal@omnidetect.ai. Opzegging van een abonnement stopt toekomstige verlengingen en leidt normaal niet tot terugbetaling van de lopende periode. Dwingende consumentenrechten blijven gelden.

6. Privacy & Data

Op je gebruik van de Dienst is ook ons privacybeleid van toepassing. Kort: we bewaren de documenten die je instuurt zodat ze in je geschiedenis blijven en we onze eigen nauwkeurigheid kunnen meten, je kunt ze op elk moment verwijderen, en we verkopen of publiceren ze niet. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI detection technology is inherently probabilistic — scores represent statistical estimates, not definitive judgments. OmniDetect does not guarantee 100% accuracy of detection results.

8. Limitation of Liability

OmniDetect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party detection APIs (Winston AI, Sapling AI, ZeroGPT, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to the processing they perform.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
